Shipping Policy
For already created items, please allow 3-5 business days for shipment.
For customized/personalized items, please allow 5-10 business days (dependent on project complexity) for shipment.
If you require something sooner, please contact us. If we're able to accommodate, there will be an addition fee.
All items are shipped with Canada Post Regular Parcel or Lettermail.
Once your items is in the hands of Canada Post, we cannot take responsibility for how long it takes to get to you.
Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) calendar days of the date we created the initial shipping label. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, if any.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, package the item securely, and contact us for the return address. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you use a trackable method.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
